The Ford Motor Co. has announced that it is investing $1.6 billion to build a car assembly plant in Mexico. A U.S. autoworkers union immediately criticized the move, saying it will take more jobs out of the country.
Trade is a major issue this year in the U.S. presidential race with several candidates from both the Democrats and Republicans arguing trade agreements have hurt America.
