A porn actress who filmed a movie in a graveyard in Mexico will be investigated for the crime of public obscenity and could be facing up to two years in jail.

Pornstar Janeth Rubio posted lewd pictures from the film shot in a graveyard on her social media. Ten days before the release of the movie, she teased her 106,000 Twitter followers asking: “Where do you think I filmed?”

In one shot, it appears that a sex act was performed on a tombstone.

The raunchy scene caused a backlash in Mexico after some social media users noticed that it had been filmed in a graveyard in Mexican city Guadalajara and happens to be one of the oldest ones in the region.

Some users have demanded the porn star delete all the footage from the location, some suggesting their relatives might be in the graveyard. Others asking for a response from the city.

The mayor of the city, Enrique Alfaro, said an investigation is being conducted. “Of course, they did not have permission to film any kind of movie. There will be reports.”

According to Mexican law, “obscene acts in public spaces” might land in you in jail for “three months to two years” if prosecuted.
