Update: Venezuela Walks Out of America’s Summit in Mexico (Associated Press)

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodríguez blamed the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, and Mexico's Foreign Minister Luis Videragay for the attacks on diplomats of her country.

According to Rodríguez, a Venezuelan delegation traveling to Cancun to participate in the summit of the organization to be held from today to June 21 is harassed by elements opposed to the Venezuelan government.

"I denounce @Almagro_OEA2015 and @LVidegaray for the aggressions and attacks against Deputy Foreign Minister Samuel Moncada and Ambassador Carmen Velásquez," Rodríguez wrote on his Twitter account.

In another text, in the social network, the Venezuelan minister blamed Almagro and Videragay on the physical integrity of the diplomats, according to the international law.

She also published a photo of Mexican ambassador to the OAS, Luis Alfonso de Alba, talking with the aggressors, including Gustavo Tovar Arroyo, an ultra-right group financier who participated in La Fiesta Mexicana, a meeting held in Mexico City in 2010, in which a coup plot was planned against the government of President Nicolás Maduro.

... Meanwhile, in Caracas, a demonstration in rejection of what they call the 'interventionist agenda promoted by the international right with the support of the United States Government and the Organization of American States (OAS), chaired by Luis Almagro,' is planned for today.
