In her book “Twitter for Good,” Claire Diaz-Ortiz, head of corporate social innovation and Philanthropy at Twitter, Inc., offers a few strategies for tweeting. She emphasizes the importance of having an effective target, or goal, as the guiding principle for using Twitter.
