Tickets for the U.S. Men’s National Team’s most highly anticipated home match every four years against archrival Mexico in FIFA World Cup Qualifying can now be applied for by the general public. The match, which takes place on Sept. 10 at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, will be the USA’s fourth home game in the Hexagonal.
Due to high demand for tickets to the match, U.S. Soccer is using a random draw to determine the ultimate recipients. The process will ensure the general public has an equal opportunity to purchase tickets at face value directly through Ticketmaster.
The public application phase is open until Monday, July 22 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Applicants may request a maximum of four tickets per household. Following the completion of the public application window, a computer program will randomly select individuals to receive their requested tickets. Those successful applicants will be notified by July 30 and their transaction will be completed.
