Mexican State of Guerrero Starts Guns-for-Cash Exchange Campaign

An arms exchange campaign began today in the Mexican state of Guerrero and will end next December, as part of a disarmament program to reduce crime. This plan was coordinated by the Ministries of Public Security and National Defense.
