The City Hall of Puerto Vallarta received a new and fully equipped ambulance from the Jalisco Secretariat of Health.
The emergency vehicle will provide extra security and services to our community.
The presentation was made on Wednesday in the city of Guadalajara, where the Councilor Candelaria Villanueva Sánchez, President of the Health Commission, was handed the keys by the Jalisco Secretary of Health, Jose Antonio Munoz Serrano.
The response to the need for the vehicle was due to the efforts of Mayor Ramon Guerrero Martinez. In this regard, the Mayor stressed the great support that this team represents for the municipality, as it allows us to ensure a timely attention to both our inhabitants and visitors in having a greater coverage of emergency services. Such vehicles are necessary in continuing to care for the welfare of our city and people.
"It is an ambulance that will receive a lot of service as it is new, dependable, fully-equipped and large," said Candelaria Villanueva, who explained that the vehicle arrived in Puerto Vallarta on the same day it was awarded and will be delivered to the Puerto Vallarta Fire Department (Bomberos) "to care for all the municipality."
It should be noted that this ambulance is part of a total of 28 Ford Econoline vehicles that were delivered to the different municipalities, which are also properly equipped.
