With the winter season over and many people going home, things really slow down in the Bay of Banderas area.
This change of pace really affects our shelter as our income plummets but the need of the kitty residents persists. 200 kitties eat a substantial amount of kibble in a given day (11-12 kg.) as well as canned food and baby food (1-2 months).
We receive no help from the government or local authorities. Therefore, we are very dependant on the donations of kind hearted people for things like cat food, vaccines, frontline, water, electricity and vet visits.
If you would like to make a donation of food, medicine or money, these can be left at Salon Diva's in Bucerias (with Gina (322) 779-5916) or directly here at Paraíso Felino.
