Having netted over US $2.4 million in our first seven years, we are looking forward to returning to beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, November 7 to 10, 2013, for an even bigger and better I.G.F.A.-qualifier fishing tournament with superb awards, special celebrity guests, prizes and auction items.

Hook the Cure is not your every day catch-and-release fishing tournament. This is a fishing event where not only do our participants enjoy one of the greatest fishing locales in the world but also enjoy first-class all-inclusive accommodations, gourmet meals, relaxing spa treatments, and nightly social events.

In addition to fishing, golf & spa packages are also available.

Anglers are provided with bait, gear, boat, license, lunch, drinks and bilingual crew. The 40-mile wide Banderas Bay is an ideal location for Pacific Sailfish, Blue and Black Marlin, Dorado and Giant Yellowfish Tuna.

Golfers will be treated to world-class golf at Vista Vallarta. Breathtaking views, grassy hillsides, natural creeks and arroyos provide the perfect setting for these signature courses designed by the world's greatest players: Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf.

Participants in our spa package can select from a variety of relaxing services, which include massage therapy, facials, microdermabrasion, waxing and spa packages to calm your mind, body and soul. Spa participants will each receive a $250 spa credit.

Proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Accommodations

Villa Premiere Hotel and Spa, an 83-room beachfront hotel, is located just a short walk from the heart of downtown PV and two miles from the airport and marina.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of champagne, cold towel and a 5-minute massage. Villa Premiere boasts first class accommodations, two pools, 24-hour room service, business center and a full-service nationally recognized spa.

Included with your super all-inclusive package is all food, all beverages, stocked mini-bar, room service, nightly parties, concerts, headliner entertainment, gala dinner and auction.

For tax purposes, the fair market value is $210 per individual angler, $135 per individual golfer, and $135 per individual spa package and the fair market value for all-inclusive hotel accommodations is $600 per person. For Platinum, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors, contributions in excess of the value of your package choice may be considered tax-deductible.
