Join “Tu Casa in Vallarta” and learn more about the world of Mexico’s most-famous beverage while mingling with the Banderas Bay Chapter of Democrats Abroad.
This fascinating and fun look into tequila will take place on Tuesday, June 18 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
For only 275 pesos per-person for members of Democrats Abroad (or those that sign-up that evening) or 300 pesos per-person for non-members, you will enjoy an educational look into the production of tequila, 4 tequila tasting shots, 4 different traditional Mexican snacks and 3 gifts for each attendee to take home as a great memory of the event including a miniature bottle of Honorable Reposado Tequila, a NWJ! flashlight/keychain and a laminated tequila tasting mat.
Local “tequilero” expert Patrick Harrison, will be on hand discussing the production process and giving insightful tips on tasting and what to look for when selecting tequilas.
Guests will also enjoy other drink and food specials including Happy Hour Margarita specials — 2 x 1 on all NWJ! specialty margaritas: Hot Chile Love, Passion Fruit, Tamarindo and Pomegranate, Happy Hour Appetizer specials, buy one and get the second at 50%, plus door prizes and other fun surprises.
This event will be the first “Summer Spirits for Spirit Event” for Democrats Abroad. Look for other mix and mingle, meet & greet events to be announced throughout the season.
