You can help Make a Wish come true while enjoying a fun-filled day of golf, as the Flamingos Golf Course hosts the 8th Annual Puerto Vallarta Make a Wish Golf Tournament on January 28.

All golfers are invited to participate in the Eighth Annual Make a Wish Golf Tournament on January 28, hosted at the Flamingos Golf Course in Bucerias, Nayarit.

This popular charity golf tournament is a four person scramble, with team categories for men, women, mixed, and seniors.

The field is limited to only 18 teams and 72 players, so if you wish to be involved, make your reservations early.

The tournament begins with a shotgun start at 9:00 am.

The individual donation fee for the tournament is 1,500 pesos which includes green fees, lunch and raffle.

As in past years, prizes will be awarded to winning participants, special prizes will be awarded for a hole-in-one and other special achievements, and a post-tournament celebratory toast.

Make a Wish Mexico grants on average one wish a week to a terminally ill child, with an average cost of $1,000 US per wish. For years, Make a Wish Mexico has granted wishes including a new bicycle with chrome rims, meetings with distant relatives, meeting children's entertainer Tatiana, to being a policeman for a day.

All proceeds from this event will go to Make a Wish Foundation Mexico.
