The Genius of Paco Studio & Gallery will hold its annual Art Auction on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at 7:00 pm.
The pieces to be part of the auction will be available to public appreciation from January 18.
Attendees will be free to suggest, choosing from the total inventory of the gallery, the pieces that they want to see included in the auction listing.
The auction lot includes original works and digital prints, in numbered and signed editions, by the most significant representatives of Arte Vallarta, such as Javier Niño, Ramon Barragán, Ada Colorina and Manuel Lepe, and contemporary works by Paco, Edgar Martinez and Jose Baldi.
Excellent works on amate, created by famous artists from Guerrero, Inocencio and Felix Jimenez Chino, Felix Camilo Ayala, as well as selected photographs by Agustin Victor Casasola and Hugo Brehme - the major visual chroniclers of the Mexican Revolution - Henri Cartier Bresson and Man Ray, will be part of the auction.
This event will benefit the Mexican Red Cross, Delegation of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta.
The Genius of Paco Gallery and Museum is located in Old Town Vallarta at Venustiano Carranza 512, telephone is (322) 222-8168.
