Learn a New Trade in Vallarta at the Center for Training and Community Development AZ Noticias

On September 2, 2013, with the beginning of the school year 2013-2014 at the Center for Training and Community Development, 18 workshops will be offered to the population of Puerto Vallarta to learn a new trade and/or start their own business.

"In the Training Center skills are taught that allow individuals to develop themselves personally and professionally and the possibility of having a cash income and creating jobs for others," said the Director of the institution belonging to the Municipal DIF, Mr. Cesar Venegas.

He said that the workshops begin on Monday, September 2, to include 15 to 20 people per workshop. In most courses there are morning and evening hours.

Have you thought about learning a trade and improve yourself? In the Training Center, the 18 workshops include beauty, sewing, baking, crafts, piñatas, textiles and paints.

In addition, there are classes to learn English, spa therapist (massage), fashion & design, nails, volleyball, karate, and dance.

The Saturday workshops are offering such workshops as maintenance and repair of air conditioners, food and beverage, computer and basketball.

It should be noted that the courses are certified by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) through the Institute of Job Training of the state of Jalisco. Among the requirements, you will need two passport-size photographs, original birth certificate, voter registration card copy and Curp (Clave Única de Registro de Población - translated into English as Unique Population Registry Code or Personal ID Code Number).
