In addition to the fabulous market you have been visiting in the garden of Rosa Mexicano Restaurant, we have the new Oasis at Encore in addition to the over 70 food and artisan vendors you have come to know and love.
Encore on the Beach is located directly opposite Rosa Mexicano where the extended Forever Spring Wednesday Farmer's Market now resides. If you are looking for holistic, natural or spiritual inspiration, please pay us a visit between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm on Wednesdays.
Encore is offering delicious breakfasts from 9:00 am, the same time our market opens, so perhaps you would like to come into our shaded garden where Mother Nature sits happily alongside Hotcakes or Huevos al Gusto?!
The Oasis features experts in garden composting, tinctures, probiotics, Royal Jelly, collagen, aloe vera and chia, to name but a few.
For sale are bird feeders made of recycled materials and accessories from Mexican womens' charity Madre Selva, and comfortable cotton garments by Cynthia.
We have expert healers, tantric numerologists, cosmic artists, therapeutic tarot and reiki professionals offering a whole range of modalities to help you on your "path."
Should you wish to have a treatment, it will be given at your request in your home or in the place of work of the individual therapist. All our members are qualified and accredited and live locally. What to expect from the Forever Spring Wednesday Market in the Food Court
We are excited to report that we now have the very popular Organic Superfoods Company (under new management) from PV selling their humus, tostadas and other gourmet goodies. Greek pastries (dates and honey and nuts) and organic Greek yogurt, Leek and Thistle Pie Company, Blue Bakery pies and brownies and cinnamon rolls, Hecho en Mexico classic French style cakes, Sandi Barkwell's comfort food, Joan's scones, pesto and pakora.
Then there's the Bagel Factory with their new chocolate/plain croissants; organic peanut butter and coconut, Forno Italiano Artesan bread and pizza, Simona's handmade salsas, gnocchi and vegetarian pasta, Ceci with her empanadas and lasagnas...delicious jams, chutneys, jalapeno jellies, pickles, smoked meat/chicken/cheese, salsas, chimichurri, guacamole...artesan ice cream, flavoured tequilas, chilaquiles and agua fresca, freshly roasted coffee....How can you resist? come HUNGRY!
Charity Tercera Edad Senior Citizen Center will join us again with their Christmas donation tree, their organic fruit, and their textiles for the home.
