Mayor Ramón Guerrero of Puerto Vallarta was accompanied by Governor Aristóteles Sandoval in the delivery of 120 computers to elementary school teachers in the North Coast Region.
During the delivery of the computers yesterday, the Mayor reaffirmed his commitment to the teachers of this city and thanked the State Governor for his help in providing these educational tools for the teachers and thus providing a better education for our children and youth.
"The teachers are responsible for forming our new generations and with the new equipment, they will be able to prepare their lesson plans more easily and in turn better prepare their students," stated the Mayor.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Jalisco reported that this event is part of the modernization program of teaching, this year involving total resources amounting to 65 million pesos.
"Today we come with great pride to deliver these computers to our teachers, because we understand that reality can not be different but we now have the tools to transform and promote education according to the needs of our students," he said.
