Join ACT LGBT in Puerto Vallarta on September 9, 2014 with Ricardo Simental, General Coordinator of Poligono Vallarta, where he will be discussing this project and the benefits therein.

Polígono de Desarrollo Controlado del Centro Histórico de Puerto Vallarta (PDC) is a regulation laying down the general rules and delimitation of territorial polygon determined as a tourist area in the town of Puerto Vallarta.

The general aim involves commercial activity, land use, visual image, and more.

“Together, we have a stronger voice with various government entities to make sure that we make good investments in Puerto Vallarta’s Centro to improve economic development, tourism, the environment to the benefit of business and homeowners whose heart lies in our neighborhoods,” states Ricardo Simental regarding the recent addition of the Amapas Neighborhood Association. “All of us must work together to be sure that these plans are respected by developers and the government, so that we can maintain the special character of Puerto Vallarta which has drawn so many to our beautiful destination in the first place.”
