Following is just an overview of all the events and festivities happening this week in Vallarta-Nayarit.
Movie Classics Film Series at IFC - Monday
The International Friendship Club of Puerto Vallarta continues its Monday Night Movies this season with an exciting “Hollywood Classics” Movie Series. All of these movies, stretching back to 1940, won “Best Picture” Oscars the year they were released.
The movies are only 40 pesos (with proceeds going to charity) and that includes free popcorn!
The cash bar will open at 6:30 with the movie beginning at 7:00 pm at the IFC Clubhouse.
Coco Peru at The Palm - Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
In Coco Peru Live!, she performs some of her favorite monologues and songs spanning her long career, as well as some new material. Whether you’ve heard all or some of these stories, or if you’re a Coco virgin, come see why Lily Tomlin called Coco “one of the last great storytellers” and experience the trailblazing Queen who elevated drag, whilst still wearing sensible heels. It’s sure to be hysterical!
Coco will be appearing at The Palm Cabaret on February 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14 and 15 at 7:00 pm.
Funny Bones Spay & Neuter Fundraiser - Tuesday
We hope you'll join us on February 3 at 6:00 pm where we will be presenting A Puppy Love Wedding at Las Palapas Restaurant in La Cruz.
Along with the wedding celebration, we'll have a live and silent auction, live music by Funkswagon, raffles, prizes, appetizers, a no host bar, fun and more fun.
Charity Bingo at Nacho Daddy - Wednesday
Bingo is Back!! February 4 & 18, and March 4 & 18.
Come back to the even NEWER Nacho Daddy for CHARITY BINGO benefiting Pasitos de Luz & Colina FREE Spay & Neuter Clinic.
Come visit the new enclosed upstairs with air conditioning!

Luna Rumba at El Rio BBQ - Thursday
Luna Rumba is a fusion of Gypsy, Latin, Celtic, Flamenco, Middle Eastern and Rock, all spiced up with hot Rumba and Cuban rhythms. From beautiful, romantic ballads to fiery dance pulsations, the group will delight a diverse audience with its infectious sounds and rhythms.
Luna Rumba will be appearing at the El Rio BBQ ib February 5 at 8:00 pm.
Breakfast Fundraiser at La Palapa - Friday
The children of Corazon de Nina welcome your support at the Special Breakfast for a Good Cause on Friday, February 6 at 10:00 am.
Enjoy an oceanfront breakfast benefit for the children at La Palapa Restaurant in Old Town Vallarta.
Womens Shelter Fundraiser - Friday
The Event is being called "New Beginnings." All monies raised will go directly to Compassion for the Family, the Banderas Bay Women's Shelter for abused women and their families. This is a non-profit association and they require monies to shelter these women until they can return to the real world with skills to help them survive.
Join us on Friday, February 6 at 8:00 pm at the Luna Lounge in Bucerias, Riviera Nayarit.
Waterside Art Show Nuevo Vallarta - Saturday
For the fourth consecutive year the Saturday Waterside Art Shows along the Marina Nuevo Vallarta boardwalk are being set up, ready to present local art all throughout the high season in order to reinforce cultural tourism in the Riviera Nayarit.
Every Saturday from 9:00 am to noon there will be a lineup of mostly local artists preparing painting and sculpture installations, thus creating a tourist attraction for the region.
Magic of Love by PV Mens Chorus - Sunday
The Puerto Vallarta Men's Chorus Valentine's gift to their audiences: Magia del Amor (Magic of Love).
This Magical Love Concert is being performed on February 8, 10 and 14, 8:00 pm, at ACT II Stages under the skilled leadership of Alfonso Lopez, the new Artistic Director of PVMC, whose debut concert Higher and Higher won acclaim in local media last December.
Farmers Markets in Vallarta-Nayarit - Every day of the week
You'll see on our Events Calendar that there is at least one Farmers Market every day of the week in different locations around the Bay.
