Puerto Vallarta real estate professional Taniel Chemsian returns for his sixth appearance on HGTV’s hit series, House Hunters International, on Thursday, October 8 at 10:30 pm/9:30 Central.
This edition of HHI also features a special guest appearance from celebrity businesswoman and philanthropist Lisa Vanderpump (“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Vanderpump Rules” star and co-producer).
In this installment, titled “I Love Lucy and So Does Phil,” Taniel helps a Hollywood press agent named Phil and his labradoodle Lucy find the ultimate pet-friendly, ocean view home. Phil wants a stylish but comfortable Puerto Vallarta getaway where he and Lucy can relax and enjoy spectacular panoramic views, but will also double as a suitable rental investment property.
