Photographer Christian Hauser describes Mexico’s Banderas Bay as an intended sanctuary for sharks and other marine life that no longer presents as many opportunities to catch sight of such animals.

Hauser and his group heard a rumor that nurse sharks had been spotted on the southern part of the bay.

They went out on the expedition and beneath a formation of rocks, they were fortunate enough to find a group of five nurse sharks.
