SayulitAnimals is requesting that you make a commitment to become a part of our pack as a Monthly Donor! We can continue to do great work -- but ONLY with a steady and predictable budget that allows us to PLAN. We want to save more animals, continue to control the population of abandoned dogs and cats, and provide more community awareness, yet we still need resources to respond to the URGENT situations.

To date, however, we have only a handful of these generous souls, whose donations cover less than 10% of our monthly operating costs.

What your monthly donation will do:

$10 per month – Pays for one Rabies Vaccination

$25 per month – Pays to Spay or Neuter 1 medium-sized animal

$50 per month – Pays for one month’s Removal Biological Waste from clinic.

$100 per month – Sponsors the monthly costs for 1 Clinic Animal Resident (*see more below*)

$200 per month – Pays Vet fee for 2 days of SayulitAnimals’ weekly, 1-day Spay + Neuter Clinic

CLICK HERE to become a monthly donor today! NOTE: Once you've determined an amount to give, don't forget to check the box that says: "I would like this donation to automatically repeat each month"

Guamuchil Spay + Neuter Clinic Another Success!

SayulitAnimals typically holds quarterly out-of-town sterilization campaigns each year, in addition to the weekly spay+neuter clinics in Sayulita.

On June 28th and 29th the SayulitAnimals crew -- including Veterinarian Dr. Charlotte Burns and Vet Tech Bliss Seiferd -- set up our outdoor operating area under a gazebo in central Guamuchil (a small town on the highway between Sayulita and Bucerias).

Locals from the area (including many curious children), watched as 54 animals were spayed or neutered over the two days. A third sterilization day was held in Sayulita, for a total of 73 animals in 3 days!

One of our favourite moments was watching an older gentleman gingerly load and carry away his recovering pet in a wheelbarrow -- proving yet again, that where there's a will, there's a way!

What else does sayulitanimals need asap?

Sponsor One Of Our Clinic Residents: Leah and Luna. These two sweethearts have been with us for a few years. They are our accidental "permanent residents" who have yet to find a home. They enjoy SayulitAnimal's back garden but do spend some lonely days without the one-on-one attention that all dogs crave. Consider Sponsoring these girls by helping us cover the monthly food + medical costs for our babies...

Clinic Renovations - We need to plaster and paint the outside area of our Clinic and air condition the inside rooms, plus take care of lots of little things like fixing our leaking roof, locks, plumbing and stuck doors.

Cameras + Lighting - We need dollar$ for this project, PLUS someone with experience to install these in front of the Clinic and in the garden area.

Cat Traps - We need cat traps for our "catch, sterilize, release" program that aims to control the feral cat population. We not only need funding but anyone willing to bring a/some traps from USA or Canada, as they are not readily available in Mexico. Please let us know if you are willing to buy or travel with these traps.
