Club Volkswagen Presents the Riviera Nayarit VW Festival
The Club Volkswagen will showcase over 100 classic and newer show quality VWs at the Riviera Nayarit VW Festival to be held at the Marina Riviera Nayarit in La Cruz on Sunday, September 2, 2012.
This is an event for VW lovers who appreciate the originality of the VW Bug and enjoy the mutual pursuit of this hobby with family and friends.
The Volkswagen Festival is a non-profit event held in order to showcase the cars of those enrolled in clubs with the same purpose, and those owners who wish to participate.
Everyone's favorite car seen in so many variations will make for a great afternoon of fun at the Marina.
There will be cars that have participated at the national level in competitions and fairs. There will be many different vendors featuring VW parts and accessories, food and drink, hostesses, contests, live music, and much more.
Volkswagen Club was created 3 years ago and has 16 members registered with the Association of Volkswagen, with a Board of Directors. This event will be the first national exhibition.
On Saturday, September 1, at 5:00 pm, a caravan of VWs will begin at Jarretarderas (inspection area) and proceed up Boulevard Riviera Nayarit (Highway 200) to the Marina Riviera Nayarit in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle briefly and then return to Hotel Picos in Bucerias for a gala celebration and welcome dinner.
The exhibition, contests, vendors and fair will be on Sunday at the Marina until 6:00 pm.
