Toys for Tots Vallarta Golf Tournament & Gala Dinner Fundraiser
At the Banderas Bay American Legion Post 14 in Puerto Vallarta, we work on the Toys for Tots program year 'round, but this Golf Tournament and Gala Dinner Fundraiser is our biggest money maker.
The annual Golf Tournament will be on Saturday, December 8, at the Vista Vallarta-Weiskopf Golf Course and will be a scramble format shotgun start at 11:00 am.
This is a fun event for a great cause. We pass out anywhere from 8,000 to 13,000 toys every year to our children of Banderas Bay.
The donation is 1,400 pesos per person for participation in the Golf Tournament.
The Gala Dinner, in conjuction with the Golf Tournament, will take place at the CasaMagna Marriott Hotel in Marina Vallarta on the following day, Sunday, December 9, at 6:30 pm. Donation for the dinner is 800 pesos in advance or 900 pesos at the door.
We need more teams to support the tournament fundraiser and also reservation donations for the Gala Dinner.
Tickets are available at the Vista Golf Course; CasaMagna Marriott Concierge (322) 226-0017; Steve's Sports Bar in Old Town Vallarta at Basilio Badillo 286, telephone (322) 222-0256; or through Ron Abbe at (322) 117-3361 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For more information, telephone (322) 293-1268 or cellular (322) 137-4902.
We hope you join us in supporting this great cause and putting smiles on the faces of Vallarta's children. All funds raised are being used to buy toys for these children, who normally do not receive any toys for the holidays.
We invite you to add your charity or supporting organizations' news stories and coming events to PVAngels so we can share them with the world. Do it now!
