Punta Sayulita has just announced a very special intimate evening with the highly acclaimed Puerto Vallarta artist, beloved father and accomplished surfer Brewster Brockmann, to take place on Thursday, November 29, in Sayulita.

His unique style which has been described as "stream of consciousness organic expressionism" is highly regarded in the Puerto Vallarta art circle as well as internationally in various private collections and museums including the Kohler Museum of Modern Art.

Brockmann is currently represented by Galleria Dante in Puerto Vallarta, the Cheryl Hazan Gallery in New York City, and Gallery 50 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Brewster is also the proprietor of the oldest folk art gallery in Puerto Vallarta: Galeria Olinala.

Come and meet the artist and watch him develop his intricate pencil drawings that will be auctioned on the spot. Bidding will continue throughout the evening until the drawings are finished.

There will also be examples of his terracotta sculptures on display. All proceeds from his demonstration work that night will go to the Punta Sayulita Foundation Children’s Art Program. Also, 10% of all sales of his work on display will be donated by Brewster to the Punta Sayulita Foundation Art Programs.

This special gathering will take place on Thursday, November 29, 6:00 - 8:00 pm, at the Punta Sayulita Beach House (on the beach, next to Don Pedro's).

A suggested 200 peso donation per adult is appreciated to support the Punta Sayulita Foundation's Children's Art Programs. If interested in attending, please RSVP to José Luis Caselín at (329) 291-3957 x102 or via email at events@puntasayulita.com.
