November 24, 2012

Punta Sayulita is a real estate development just outside the village of Sayulita, Mexico. Just 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and 10 minutes from the golf courses and restaurants of the Punta Mita resort, Punta Sayulita sits on a private peninsula with a Beach & Surf Club, walking trails, car-free transportation, ecological design features, and award winning design architects, de Rues Architects designed homes. Featured in the video are Steve Ewing of de Reus Architects; Don Vita of VITA Planning & Landscape Architecture. (puntasayulita)

To coincide with the opening of the Punta Sayulita Beach Club, Punta Sayulita will soon be releasing a collection of three (3) newly designed residences – the Treehouses.

Designed by de Reus Architects, the Treehouse residences capture the ultimate "tropical experience" with each residence perched high within the jungle canopy overlooking the Punta Sayulita Beach Club with views of Sayulita Bay.

The Treehouse residences are built from tropical hardwoods with sophisticated design accents and finishes that maximize indoor-outdoor living upon a two level, open floor plan, featuring generous multifunctional living spaces secured by retractable folding doors, dual master bedroom suites with discrete outdoor showers, a media room/den along with a children's bunk room.

If you are interested in being placed on our Treehouse interest list in order to be one of the first to receive a detailed brochure and pricing information, please contact Horacio Garcia via email at hgarcia@puntasayulita.com.
