Don José's burros would carry the sand from the river along with other materials. His burros were coached to climb the stairs and would carry the materials to the second level.

Andale began as one level with three tables and a bar. Thanks to the efforts of all who have contributed to our growth, we continue to expand.

In 1999 we opened a three-star hotel to join the bar and restaurant. Then came Andales On The Bay luxury condos, and now Andante Tequila. In all these ventures we strive to provide you, our customers, with quality services at affordable prices.

Ours is no exception. With the surge in popularity and the shift to more tequila exports, tequila aficionados look to Andale to blaze a trail to the U.S. and beyond.

Our signature Don Bejo and Tres Coronas ultra premium tequilas begin as carefully selected mature Blue Agave plants, which have met our strict requirements for water and sugar content.

We employ only traditional methods and slow-cook our rich agave for over three days in stone ovens. Then, using only the core and hearts of the agaves, we extract their sweet nectar. Our fermentation process is 100% natural, followed by a triple distillation.

The result is tequila so pure and full of agave flavor that it has elevated the concept of tequila to new levels around the world.

In celebration of Andale’s three decades in Puerto Vallarta, we now are bringing our award-winning tequilas to our friends up North.

If you'd like to come home with something more meaningful than your average souvenir, look no farther. Each Monday, we provide food for hundreds of people in local “colonias” as well as work with local civic organizations, like Rotary International, to provide sponsors or “becas” to area students.

If you have some extra time, ask us about different volunteer opportunities. Volunteers engage in various activities including teaching English, visiting and working with orphans, visiting hospitals and senior citizen homes, distributing food and school supplies to needy villages, and much more!

No special skills or foreign language is needed. It often takes so little to make a difference in someone else's life, and we completely understand.
