About Us

Abeja Negra (Black Bee) SOS is a Mexican non-profit organization that rescues and relocates honeybees. They have rescued over 1,000 beehives in Mexico City and other parts of the country.

The organization's mission is to protect honeybees and educate the public about the importance of bees. Abeja Negra SOS offers a variety of services, including:

  • Beehive removal and relocation
  • Beekeeping workshops
  • Public education programs

Abeja Negra SOS is funded by donations and grants. The organization is always looking for volunteers and donations to help them continue their work. Here are some of the things that Abeja Negra SOS does:

  • Rescue honeybees from dangerous or unwanted locations
  • Relocation of beehives to safe and productive apiaries
  • Education and outreach on the importance of bees and the dangers of pesticides
  • Advocacy for beekeeping and pollinator conservation

Abeja Negra SOS is a valuable resource for anyone who is interested in bees or pollinator conservation. If you are in Mexico City or the surrounding area, and you see a honeybee hive that needs to be rescued, please contact Abeja Negra SOS. They will be happy to help. Here are some of the ways you can help Abeja Negra SOS:

  • Donate money or supplies
  • Volunteer your time
  • Spread the word about Abeja Negra SOS and their work

Together, we can help save the bees!

We remind you that we are a company of programmed services, not emergency services, so if you consider that the bees put your life or someone else's life at risk, it will be necessary to call emergency services in your area.
