Night of the Iguana Showing at PCC's New Dinner and a Movie Paradise Community Center | |
February 25, 2013 |
Here's something new at Paradise Community Center... it's Dinner and a Movie, for only 100 pesos!
It's the movie that changed Puerto Vallarta forever: The Night of the Iguana.
Directed by John Huston, this 1964 film is based on a Tennessee Williams play, and it's worth seeing again... or for the first time!
If you didn't already know this, thanks to the controversies surrounding the making of this film, Puerto Vallarta evolved from a sleepy fishing village to a world-class tropical resort. Truly, we ALL owe everyone involved with this film our gratitude for creating this wonderful place that we all love.
Your 100 peso ticket donation includes a 50 peso credit that you can use with any of the food vendors of the Wednesday night International Market & Paradise Food Court (opens at 5:00 pm).
So, mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 27. The movie begins at 7:00 pm.
We'll be setting up tables in the theater so that you can enjoy your meal as you enjoy the movie.
Gather your friends and come join us! VIP upgrades also available.
Tickets are available at the PCC box office at 127 Pulpito in Old Town Vallarta (open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or anytime online at Paradise Stage.
We invite you to add your charity or supporting organizations' news stories and coming events to PVAngels so we can share them with the world. Do it now!
From activities like hiking, swimming, bike riding and yoga, to restaurants offering healthy menus, Vallarta-Nayarit is the ideal place to continue - or start - your healthy lifestyle routine.
