DIF Joins Forces With Visually Impaired Organization Que Hay | |

With the objective of maintaining a close and committed collaboration, the Municipal DIF system, chaired by Jennifer Serur, signed an agreement to work together with Puerto Vallarta's Visually Impaired Organization, Discapacitados Visuales de la Bahia, to improve the living conditions of people with a visual disability.
Jennifer Serur, President of DIF, stressed the importance to the institution in carrying out conventions such as this "allowing foster ties of work and solidarity with the different sectors of the population seeking to improve the quality of life of the Vallarta families."
As a representative of the DIF system, the Director, Paula Celina Lomelí, will be responsible for carrying out such an important agreement that will benefit people with visual disabilities, a situation that may prevent them from carrying out various activities within society.
With this agreement, Discapacitados Visuales de la Bahia now has a meeting place for group activities, as well as to receive classes and training courses to help them succeed.
On behalf of the beneficiaries, Daniel Viveros Rodríguez welcomed the commitment shown by the municipal DIF, "This is not the first time that we will receive your support and we appreciate your commitment in assuring us that we will work together in bringing improvements for all."
At the signing of the Agreement were Miguel Ángel López Arce, Coordinator of PAID; Ana Patricia García Gutiérrez, Director of Discapacitados Visuales de la Bahia; Laura Joachim Moreira, President of the Council IJAS North Coast; Silvia Becerra, IJAS North Coast; Sara de Cardona, Counselor IJAS North Coast, as well as, César Sánchez, representative of the association "Eagle's Wings".
