No Way José!, Puerto Vallarta’s choice for award-winning Mexican contemporary cuisine, celebrates Tuna! Not the fish, but the luscious “prickly pear” fruit that is in peak-season every July.

This traditional Mexican fruit, with a taste similar to raspberries or watermelon, with a slight bite like kiwi, makes a wonderful base for a variety of dishes.

Join “Tu Casa en Vallarta” from July 1 through the 15th (closed on Mondays) and celebrate this delicious fruit.

For only 299 pesos, guests will build their own 4-course Tuna celebration by selecting from a variety of appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts including a Beef Carpaccio with Tuna Vinaigrette, Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Tuna Sauce and a Tuna Flan that offer you refreshing, light dishes perfect for the Vallarta summer.

Don’t miss what will sure to be a new Vallarta favorite event that combines the delicious food of Mexico with the comfort of your Mexican Family in Vallarta. Feel like you´re in Mexico when you´re in “Tu Casa en Vallarta” - No Way José!
