With the participation of more than 40 competitors, the "Motocross DIF Friendship Race 2013" was announced at a press conference by the President of the System for Integral Family Development (DIF) in Puerto Vallarta, Magaly Ortiz Fregoso.

This event is to support the providing of furniture in the "We Help You Move" brigade, which has benefited more than 4,500 users in the 26 days of operation in 15 colonies of the municipality, involving the Dreams and Secrets Hotels.

The motocross competition will be held on Sunday, July 21, beginning at 12:00 noon on the motocross track with competitors from Guadalajara, Autlán, Tepic and Puerto Vallarta.

Funds raised will benefit DIF with the donation ticket cost of 50 pesos for adults and 25 pesos for children. The goal is to raise a minimum of 40,000 pesos.

Fregosa was accompanied at the podium by Alberto Rivera, General Manager of Outback Restaurant, Manuel Gradilla, President of the Federation of Motocross Vallarta and Jorge Urence, representing the Director of the Federation of Motocross Vallarta.

Manuel Gradilla of the Motocross Federation announced that the competition program would begin with the children and end with the youth and adults.

Upon completion, Juanito, who ranks in the top five nationally, and Sebastian, along with other children, made a short demonstration to display their talents for the DIF President and sponsors of the event, including Kiosk, Honda, Yamaha, Outback, to name a few.

To welcome the competitors, there will be a convoy of motorcyclists on Saturday, July 20, 11:00 am, outside Sam's Club, across from the Maritime Marina.
