Following is just an overview of all the events and festivities happening this week in Vallarta-Nayarit.
Medical Matters at the Marriott - Monday
The CasaMagna Marriott, along with the Consular Agency in Puerto Vallarta and Healthcare Resources, proudly present Medical Matters 2014 conference, which will be held on Monday, February 10, 2014, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
The "Medical Matters" event is an annual exhibition of top class medical services that exist in Puerto Vallarta as well as a full program of conferences including renowned doctors discussing general health issues and a variety of specialized topics.
With this free event at the Marriott in Marina Vallarta, both residents and tourists will be informed about the quality of medical services offered by the city.
Kinsey Sicks at Red Room Cabaret - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Don't miss your chance to see the Kinsey Sicks for their 20th anniversary show "America's Next Top Bachelor Housewife Celebrity Hoarder Makeover Star Gone Wild!" appearing for three more performances in the Red Room Cabaret of Act II Entertainment Stages on February 11, 12 and 13, 2014. All shows start at 7:30 pm.
The Kinsey Sicks, America's Favorite Dragapella Beautyshop Quartet, celebrate their 20th anniversary year with a new musical taking on the cultural bludgeon of reality TV.
Style Show & Luncheon at Vallarta Yacht Club - Wednesday
Join us at the Vallarta Yacht Club for our annual Style Show & Luncheon on Wednesday, February 12, from 12:00 until 2:30 pm.
The 2014 fashion show will feature creative fashion designs, modeled while guests enjoy a 3 course lunch.
You can take the designs home with you. The items will be on sale after the show.
'From the Heart' at Boutique Theatre - Thursday & Friday
The all new show by Time 2 Play, "From the Heart," will be coming to the Boutique Theatre in Puerto Vallarta just in time for Valentine's Day.
Back by popular demand, Time 2 Play, Vallarta’s band of merry musicians, announce their exciting new eclectic program of pop, folk, blues and classical hits at the Boutique theatre on Thursday, February 13, and Friday, February 14. Showtime is 7:00 pm.
"From The Heart" features Time 2 Play's signature tight harmonies and unique instrumental arrangements for violin, guitar, bass, keyboard and drums with a lot of of on-stage hilarity and banter.
Valentine's Day Happenings - Friday
The day begins at 9:00 am with the Festival of Love & Friendship in Bucerias.
Musica Romantica Tradicional de Mexico at the International Friendship Club at 10:30.
Valentine's Ball at Vallarta Yacht Club at 6:00 pm.
Puerto Vallarta Jazz Festival Free Performances at Lazaro Cardenas Park beginning at 6:00 pm.
Sunset Dinner & Dance Gala Fundraiser for Corazon de Nina Shelter at CasaMagna Marriott beginning at 6:30 pm.
Romantica Dinner Show at Red Room starring Todd & Gaye Ringness, live in The Red Room Cabaret at the Act II Entertainment Stages center at 7:30 pm. Dinner seatings are at 5:30 and 6:15 pm.
Vallarta Real Estate Fair - Saturday

American Legion Poker Tour Fundraiser - Saturday
All skill levels of poker players are invited to join us on Saturday, February 15, for our always fun and popular Poker Tour Fundraiser. 50% of the proceeds from the donation ticket sales will be divided between Corazon de Nina and Youth Sports.
The tour will start at Steve's Bar, American Legion Post 14 Headquarters, at 1:00 pm and will finish up around 5:00 at Murphy's with the draws.
Along the way, we'll stop by Nacho Daddy, Thirsty Cougar, Monchis/Pour Favor, Escondida Sports Bar, Cheeky Monkey and Cafe Roma.
Alberto Mejia in Concert at Palm Caberet - Sunday
Popular Vallarta crooner and actor, Alberto Mejia, returns to The Palm Cabaret and Bar this season, in association with UNDA Productions, with a run of his own show.
Upcoming Sunday concerts will take the Palm Stage on February 16 & 23, March 16 & 30 and April 6. All shows begin at 7:30 pm.
Alberto is known for his smooth vocals and suave stage presence and the ladies, gents, locals, and tourists love him equally.
