Taste of Lo De Marcos in Riviera Nayarit was an Unbridled Success!

Over 75 people attended the Taste of Lo De Marcos event this past Sunday at the El Centro de Fiestas de Los Delfines on Avenida Luis Echeverria in Lo De Marcos on the Riviera Nayarit.
The event was organized and Sponsored by Galván Real Estate and Services to raise funds for The Amigos de lo de Marcos organization that supports local causes including the recycle center, spay and neuter clinics, medical clinic, schools and compost center.
The 4 hour event was a lot of fun for the Vendors and attendees and generated over 3000 pesos which will flow through the pueblo of Lo De Marcos and included a donation to Amigos de lo de Marcos A.C. and La Casa de los Niños.

Lo de Marcos is a small town located in the Bahia de Banderas with a full time population of less than 3000 that swells during high season to about 6000 people.
The area is blessed with a long, wide stretch of near-perfect beach. There is a river outflow on the north end of the beach near the Tlaquepaque RV park and resort, and tidal pools at the south end.
Humpback whales are commonly seen off of the beach. Lo De Marcos is built around a central natural wetland, where turtles, waterfowl, and other wildlife can be spotted.
