Grab a Paint Brush and Join in Refurbishment of Puerto Vallarta's DIF Senior Home Team Angels/Dennis Rike - American Legion Post 14 | |

The Navy League had a successful ComRel with the visit of the USCGC Bertholf at the end of July for needed improvements to the DIF Senior Home.
The total scope of the project included painting, installation of 7 emergency lighting fixtures, 4 outside lights, installation of receptacles in 3 locations and the police table area re-wiring. There is now a night light at the gate.
In general all wiring has been brought up to code. Our membership of American Legion Post 14 assisted the Navy League through our Volunteer Vallarta Program.
On Wednesday, August 13 we are returning to the Senior Home to finish the electrical and could use a few people to paint. If interested, transportation can be arranged.
For more information and to volunteer, please email Dennis Rike of Banderas Bay American Legion Post 14.
