"Service Above Self" at Rotary International Puerto Vallarta Sur Mexico (Service Above Self Rotary International)

The above video details one of 31 amazing projects being simultaneously engaged in by the Rotaty Club of Puero Vallarta Sur Mexico.

Without the dedicated fund raising support from Rotary Clubs, mains in the USA and Canada, the successes of our work would be very small.

The video firstly concentrates on the plight of family members living on the sidewalks of our Regional Hospital.

An intense view of neighbouring poverty and hardship leading to a philosophy of hope, enabling the community to raise itself towards self-survisal and future prosperity, independepent from charitable hand-outs.

Our club members dare to dream that our approach will inspire clubs in the other poor areas of Mexico and beyond to emulate some of our plans, using them as additional foci for alleviating suffering and poverty that they are also committed to changing.
