Invitation for Non-Profits to Submit Entries for Altruism Festival

Of all the worthy non-profits around Banderas Bay, only around 24 will be chosen to benefit from the annual International Altruism Festival. This is the largest, most popular and best attended fundraiser of the year.

Kelly Trainor, American Consulate for Vallarta-Nayarit in association with CasaMagna Marriott Hotel in Marina Vallarta announce that the 11th Annual International Altruism Festival will be held this year on Sunday, May 17, 2015.

The Festival Committee is calling all interested Civil Associations (with minimum four years of operation) in the municipalities of Puerto Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas that are interested in being a participant beneficiary of the International Altruism Festival 2015.

Come to the Meeting (in Spanish only):

When: Monday, March 2, 2015

Where: Marriott Casa Magna - Marina Vallarta

What time: 15:45 hrs. – 16:15 check in. (Please be punctual) The meeting begins at 16:15 and doors are closed.      

What to bring:

1. Filled out registration form that you can print here. (2 copies)

2. Cancelled copy of fiscal receipt for donations - with RFC.

3. Copy of your official registration documents as a Civil Association & RFC Copy.

4. Documentary evidence of constant operation and activities (In benefit of the mission and community) for the last four consecutive years (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011). One per year.

A representative for the Civil Association is required to be present. Details of the event will be distributed at the meeting. Obligado llevar documentación para revisión & registro:
1. Llenar hoja de información (2 copias) del Asociación - el formulario de registro - adjunto
2. Copia de recibo fiscal para donaciones - con RFC  (copia de ejemplar)
3. Copia sencillo de los documentos oficiales de registro como Asociación Civil. (Acta & RFC)
4. Las pruebas documentales de la operación constante y las actividades (en beneficio de la misión y de la comunidad) en los últimos cuatro años consecutivos (2014 , 2013 , 2012 , 2011 ). Un comprobante por cada año.

Se requiere un representante de la Asociación Civil de estar presente. Los detalles del evento se distribuirán en la reunión.
