Everybody is invited to join Democrats Abroad Costa Banderas on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 the the River Cafe in Old Town Vallarta beginning at 7:30 pm for the Democratic Presidential Candidate Debate Watch Party.
We've seen the Republicans' debate (cue Judy Collins singing "Send in the Clowns"). Now let's get together to hear the adults debate their proposals for a more just, more equal, and safer future for America and the world. Debate starts at 8:00 pm so be on time!
The folks at River Cafe are being very accommodating, allowing us to use their space and projection equipment at no charge. There is no charge to attend the Debate Watch event, but it would be nice to show our appreciation by ordering a drink or two and maybe an appetizer (or even dinner).
The GOP has had two cracks at debating among its presidential hopefuls. Now, the Democrats get their turn in the CNN Democratic Presidential Debate 2015.
Top Democratic contenders Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders and others will square off.
Former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley, former U.S. Senator Jim Webb and former Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chaffee are also expected to participate in the debate moderated by Anderson Cooper.
The River Cafe is located at Isla Río Cuale Local #4 (by the Calle Ignacio Vallarta bridge) in Old Town Puerto Vallarta.
