Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (container) hidden at that location.
Galvan Real Estate and Services is joining the celebration on the 29th of February at The Tianguis yard in Lo de Marcos, located on the main road into town, Luis Echeverria 9 in Riviera Nayarit. Join us at 10:00 am and receive a special souvenir that can only be earned on Leap Day.
For those of you that are new to Geocaching, I bet you are asking "What in the World are they talking about?"

Leap Year only happens every four years. It gives us 366 calendar days which means we all have one extra day to go geocaching. So of course, we're celebrating with a souvenir - actually, make that two!
The first souvenir can only be earned on Leap Day, February 29 - by attending the event at Luis Echeverria 9. The other souvenir can be earned all weekend long (February 27-29) by getting outside and finding a geocache. Learn more about Leap Day on the Geocaching Blog.
This promises to be a fun, healthy outdoor event that everyone of all ages can enjoy.
