While my husband, David, and I were in Sayulita recently, we decided to take a leisurely walk toward the south end of town.
A few minutes into our walk, David noticed an old worn piece of wood attached to a handrail leading to the beach.
On it, someone has written, "For one minute, stand here in silence and look at the sky and contemplate how awesome life is."
