If you love fresh food, or love to cook, this month's meeting is for you!
Along with updates on the activities of the Vallarta Garden Club, we'll be presenting 'Bounty: Fruits and Vegetables of Vallarta' as the topic of our monthly meeting on Thursday, January 19 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.
Sample the bountiful variety of the many locally grown exotic fruits and vegetables.
Discover new sources of fresh food and learn about those.
Bonnie Jauregui, from Rancho Primavera, will sample the amazing greens and vegetables grown on her eco farm in El Tuito.
Luc Vleeraker will bring exotic fruit from his orchard south of Vallarta, and our own Matthias Vogt will share tips on buying fresh produce at our local mercados.
We've also invited Campo Verde, an organic farm in PV, to bring fresh produce and unique items for members to purchase that evening.
Your membership renewal is extremely important in our continuing efforts to beautify Vallarta. Annual membership fee is 500 pesos per person and 750 pesos per couple (approximately $25 and $38 USD).
So bring your friends and join us for this special monthly membership meeting at Jazz Foundation (located on the Malecon at Allende).
See you there!
