Susan Carol Blake is the owner of Blake's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

She is a dear friend of ours and she is in very dire straights.

Susan has had heart trouble for some time has had two surgeries in the last year.

Now, it has come to the point that she has 6 months to a year to live if she does not get another life saving surgery.

A muscle around her heart is constricting and destroying her heart and cutting off bloodflow to her body, resulting in numerous falls and broken bones etc.

She has a great cardialogist and the surgery is set, BUT, the hospital will not take her because her insurance company HAS NOT PAID FOR THE PREVIOUS TWO SURGERIES. If she does not get this operation in the next month her next heart attack will be fatal. We can't let that happen.
