Come and learn how to make chocolate!
Located in the heart of the city center of Puerto Vallarta, ChocoMuseo will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about mexican cacao and chocolate.
On the corner of the Malecón and Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez Street, ChocoMuseo welcomes you in its 3 story building where our organic artisan chocolate factory is located.
We offer chocolate workshops for those in search of a hands on, unforgettable experience. During 2 hours, you will learn how to make chocolate from the bean to the bar.
You can also book a truffle workshop and make your own ganache.
Taste our scrumptious desserts and drinks (including chocolate martinis) in our relaxing cafe overlooking the sea.
Workshops Schedule:
• Bean to Bar - 10:30 am, 2:00 and 5:00 pm
• Truffles - 10:30 – Book 1 day in advance
