The entire team at El Arrayán is happy to share with you that starting on Monday October 9th we will resume our popular Traditional Mexican Cooking Classes.

Co-owner Carmen Porras and Chef Diego Sánchez will be teaching a wider range of Mexican classical dishes. We will use more than 50 different recipes from diverse regions in Mexico for this season.

In addition to the very authentic dishes taught before, different regional variations on moles, tamales, fresh salsas and desserts will be cooked. For this Fall/Winter 2017-2018 season the calendar has been published at El Arrayan Cooking Classes.

If you like to eat Mexican food and would like to learn how to cook it as beginner or even if you are an experienced cook, our team teaches for all proficiency levels. If you just want to take notes or you are eager to give our chef a hand and you are ready to learn the secrets from the pros, this class is definitely for you! You can learn proper cooking techniques, culture & history of ingredients, as well as, Mexican culinary traditions. Learn in our all stainless steel professional kitchen and bring the flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine to your home, while you have a lot of fun at the same time.
