A local investigation is currently underway of Mexico’s biggest retailer, after photos of the fight on the store’s sales floor surfaced online from their location in Veracruz. Customers were the first to report the incident to authorities after witnessing it.
The daily newspapper “Pulso” reported that Jose Luis Hernandez Gonzalez, business director of Boca del Rio started an investigation of the supermarket chain, due to the showing of a cockfight.
