MEXICO CITY - Dozens of people in Mexico City have participated in the international "No Pants Subway Ride", in memory of the 43 students who went missing from the Ayotzinapa teachers' training institute in September.
"Ayotzi Vive," meaning "Ayotzinapa Lives", was painted on the undergarments of the participants Sunday im memory of the students who went missing at the hands of corrupt authorities and a criminal gang in the southern town of Iguala.
The activists also made allusions to the students with messages painted on their thighs and buttocks.
The "No Pants Subway Ride" in Mexico City, which seeks to mobilize Mexican society on the issue of the missing students, concluded with a mass rally near the National Auditorium.
