The Mexican Consulate has a new facility in Tucson.  The consulate held its officially inauguration on this week.

Governor Doug Ducey was on hand for the grand opening and talked trade with the Mexican officials after the ceremony.

The grand opening of the Mexican Consulate comes just weeks after the U.S State Department issued a travel warning to Mexico.

The advisory cautioned Americans to especially be careful traveling throughout the state of Sonora, which includes Nogales, Hermosillo, and Rocky Point.
