Government of Nayarit Delivers Free School Supplies to Students Government of Nayarit

With the beginning of the school year 2014-2015 in Nayarit, the Secretariat of Public Education also began delivery of free text books, uniforms, scholarships and school supplies including notebooks with cover images highlighting "Nayarit Pride."

The colorful designs on the covers of the notebooks include children and youth participating in sports as well as team members of the First Division of Ascenso MX Coras of Tepic.

Included in the free school supplies deliveries there is also a dictionary with the cover image of poet Amado Nervo and other notebooks representing various locations like La Loma Park and other areas of Riviera Nayarit.

The State Government of Nayarit is proud to deliver these educational tools to more than 147,000 students of basic education in all towns throughout Nayarit.

Mrs. Brenda Garcia, President of the Association of Parents of the Lázaro Cárdenas school spoke for all parents in thanking the Government for the uniforms, school supplies and scholarships and is hopeful that "in this school year the goals and objectives that benefit our children and youth of the state will be fulfilled."
