One of the joys of visiting Vallarta-Nayarit is sampling its fine cuisine. There’s something to delight the palate of just about anyone who comes to the region.

If you’re planning to visit us in Vallarta-Nayarit you’ll find world-class restaurants that will leave you with an incomparable taste in your mouth. I’ll tell about five that come highly recommended – they offer various gourmet cuisines.
 
Frida 

Frida is a non-traditional Mexican restaurant awarded Four Diamonds by the AAA. Here Mexican food is transformed into art; their dishes are especially colorful and completely delicious. Restaurant Frida Restaurant is located in Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit resort.
 
Emiliano 

Emiliano restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner by candlelight. Gourmet Mexican and international food are its strengths; here you can choose your dinner from a three course menu. I recommend the ravioli filled with cheese - I loved them! Plus, its exceptional service will make you fall in love.  Restaurant Emiliano is located in Casa Velas Boutique Hotel.
 
Kaiser Maximilian

Located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta, this restaurant’s distinctive European cuisine has made it one of the most famous gourmet restaurants in the area. It has the perfect atmosphere for a special celebration, and a very original menu.
 
Piaf

This AAA Four Diamond Restaurant’s specialty is haute French cuisine. Piaf offers modern and elegant dishes, but always with a traditional base. It is exclusively for guests ages 12 and over. Advance reservations are required and the dress code is smart casual clothing.
 
La Palapa

The gourmet touches applied to Vallarta-Nayarit’s traditional dishes are taken to a whole new level in this ocean view restaurant. Located directly on Los Muertos Beach, its reviews are summarized by attentive service and delicious food.
