500px is organizing a second annual Global Photo Walk in every city on the planet!

Puerto Vallarta is also joining the event this time on Saturday, September 6, beginning at 6:00 pm.

Join thousands of photographers in a free photo walk around your city and meet new friends.

Share the event with your friends :)

The theme for this year’s 500px photo walk is “Patterns and Symbols.”

We see patterns and symbols everywhere around us – crowds of people, cars stuck in traffic, patterns in nature, so let’s capture everything that relates to that!

Recommended things to bring:

1. A good pair of shoes
2. An extra memory card
3. An extra battery
4. A good bag
5. A notebook/pen
6. Other photography enthusiasts!
7. Your business cards if any.
8. A Good Smile and Confidence.

The meeting point will be at the sculpture 'Origen y Destino' just opposite La Bodeguita del Medio Restaurant/Bar on the Malecon at 6:00 pm. We will then travel to Sr. Frog's and to the lookout at the Lighthouse on Matamoros Street where we will stop momentarily so that everyone can take their images and then continue to Gringo Gulch and down the bridge that connects to the Cuale Cultural Center. We'll walk through the island up to the bridge that connects to the Romantic Zone and finish at the Los Muertos Pier.

We invite you to add your charity or supporting organizations' news stories and coming events to PVAngels so we can share them with the world. Do it now!
