Whale Watching Season Extended in Banderas Bay Keith May - Deep Blue Conservancy

We are Ocean Friendly Tours and have been working very hard to get ready for our returning and new guests for the 2015-2016 Whale Watching season here on Banderas Bay.

We have worked tirelessly season after season with Mexican authorities to extend the beginning of the Humpback whale and researching season and have finally succeeded in one of their most important goals in assisting to manage the population.

This extension of one week at the beginning of the season was finally granted for the 2015-2016 season and it will now run from December 1st through March 23rd annually.

This year Ocean Friendly Tours was privileged to be designated and recognized as one of TripAdvisor’s Top 10 Great Wildlife Tours in the World and the #1 Whale Watching Tour in the World and inducted into TripAdvisor’s Hall of Fame for Excellence in 2015!
