If you have ever been to Encore Lounge, located inside of the Act II Entertainment STAGES complex, your first impression would have been the incredible art on the walls.

That art is the creative genius of local artist Francine Peters.

Famous in Canada for his style of art, Francine, formerly known as Fred Peters, enjoyed an illustrious career as an international artist.

In Puerto Vallarta, Francine is famous on many levels. Francine has become not only our most famous artist, but she is also our most famous transgender woman. Living her life as Francine has opened a creative pathway that has liberated the artist inside and has caused a waiting list for her custom pieces.

Act II Entertainment partners Elizabeth Ensor and Danny Mininni are very proud to exclusively display the art of Francine Peters, and are officially creating the space now known as the FRANCINE PETERS ART GALLERY.
